All our blades are hand-forged. We forge our own Damascus (forge-welded steel). For Damascus we use W2 and 52100 (ball bearing) steel. Each blade has 360 to 520 layers of steel. Tight twisted pattern makes very practical blades with aggressive cutting properties. Beside of Damascus we make knife blades with forged D2 steel steel also. Click here to see our forge: VIDEO
